The firm has a fast growing practice in the field of research, development and innovations sector, especially in evaluating and dealing with the impacts of the national and European legislation on the financing of projects in this sector (including European soft law), and in structuring research institutions, as well as with issues dealing with technology transfers. In the Czech Republic we have in this respect a unique expertise, and we have acted as counsel for numerous public research institutions and state aid recipients within the framework of the RDIOP and European Community funding programs.

- Project compilation (RDIOP, OPPI, 7. RP, CIP etc.) – contractual documentation (partnership and consortium agreements), IP structuring and agreement, readiness of the institutions themselves, complex advisory in relation to submission of project applications;
