Legal services provided in connection with planning, structuring and financing of social services belong among a few specialized practices of our firm where we excel above others. We advise and support a large number of territorial self-governing units (in effect government / public administration bodies on regional level) who act as providers or contractor of social services of all kinds in the areas of their competence. In this sector we provide
- Consultancy services in structuring of social services
- Advice in connection with determining compensatory payments
- Elimination of risks stemming from unauthorized state aid
- Administration of public procurement tenders and concession for provision of social services
- Assistance to bidders in submitting their bid and negotiating with contracting authorities.
