After nearly 35 years of providing legal services in the Czech Republic, we are entering a new phase of growth and development as of March 2025. This new chapter is marked by the expansion of our team and a change in our law firm’s name to:

While we will now operate under a new business name, we want to assure you that the continuity and stability you have come to expect from us remain unchanged. Our firm’s existing ID number, VAT number, and registered office remain the same, and no amendments to our current contractual agreements are required.

Our commitment to providing personal and professional legal services remains at the core of our work and our relationship with you. At the same time, our team’s expansion strengthens our ability to support you in even the most complex and challenging legal matters.

We are also pleased to introduce our new equity partners, who join Pavel Holec in leading the firm:

Jan Dudák, a key member of our team for over 10 years, specializes in public procurement law, state aid, public support and research, development, and innovation. He also advises commercial entities and represents clients before authorities and courts.

Anna Bartůňková, a seasoned legal professional with 20 years of experience, focuses on corporate law, M&A transactions, litigation, insolvency, and employment law. She is also an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. Anna previously worked with us from 2005 to 2014 and rejoined the firm in 2024 as equity partner.

Pavel Holec, our founding partner, continues to provide his extensive expertise in corporate law, M&A, real estate, and retail law, as well as serving as an arbitrator.
