HOLEC, ZUSKA &  Partners focuses, with respect to consumer protection laws, on clients who are active on the Czech market in the field of consumer relations. The issues concerned are those of so-called customer contracts, as well as the rights and obligations of the businesses toward their customers in the ordinary course of business. Our office closely co-oparates with SOS which is an organization dedicated to protection of customers.
